The Trust currently owns three properties which it rents to Christ Church Fulwood for the accommodation of ministry staff and their families.
The properties are all within a 15 minute drive of Christ Church Fulwood. Two properties are located in the Fulwood parish and another property is located in south-east Stannington.
All the properties meet the requirements necessary for housing a minister and their family. Namely every property has a downstairs hosting area and downstairs restroom facilities which are separate from the part of the house available for the family.
The Trust oversees the capital elements of the properties including the mortgages and large investment costs such as structural works. The Trust collaborates with Christ Church Fulwood for the general upkeep and maintenance of the properties.
